UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, PB Pricing Analyst in New York, NY

We're looking for an Associate Director, PB Pricing Analyst to:
• Conducting comprehensive client profitability analyses and presenting detailed findings to internal sales teams, senior management, and external clients. Assessing profitability of prospective clients and new business opportunities within Prime Brokerage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for global pricing coordination of Prime Brokerage clients, which involves evaluating complex financial structures, understanding platform capabilities, and recommending optimal setups tailored to client needs. Triage with stakeholders both locally and globally, such as Prime Brokerage Sales, Senior Relationship Managers, Account Managers, and Trading Desks, to deliver integrated solutions that maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Optimize scarce resources such as balance sheet capacity, Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), and capital allocation. Work closely with Global Funding and Financial Resource Management teams to ensure strategic utilization of these resources in compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Communicate the impact of evolving regulations on business operations to both internal teams and external clients, providing guidance on adapting to market and policy changes. This position demands strong analytical skills, deep understanding of financial markets, and proficiency with data and information systems.
• Demonstrate reliability, sound judgment, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment characterized by changing market conditions, technological advancements, and evolving client needs.
• Can work hybrid (In office/remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $120,000 to $200,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your skills and experience
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Quantitative Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Graduate Talent Program Analyst - Financing Business Manager, Graduate Talent Program Analyst - Business Risk Management, Resolutions Analyst, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) Power BI; (2) SQL; (3) Prime Brokerage; (4) Equity Financing Pricing; (5) Margin Lending and portfolio margin methodologies; (6) Advanced Excel Proficiency; (7) Data Analysis; (8) Regulatory Capital Awareness; (9) Project Management; (10) Working knowledge of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and Leveraged Ratio Denominator (LRD); (11) Stakeholder Management; (12) Working knowledge in client-level profitability analysis; (13) Synthetic financing.
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 120000- max USD 200000 /annum
