Job Description:
Position Overview

You take pride in building and growing strong client relationships while providing strategic direction to your account teams, ensuring the health of SEM accounts while helping to nurture and develop your staff.

Responsibilities
Liaison between search and cross functional teams to help contribute towards a multi-channel approach/strategy
Accountability for team development; this includes utilizing organizational tools such as L&D, creating internal opportunity for staff, maintaining positive morale
Establish current and long-term goals and objectives for responsible accounts, subject to approval by the Director
Responsible for management of direct reports as well as overall development and success of the team
Translate briefs into strategy; Work with Manager/Sr. Specialist to execute on that strategy; Monitor success and drive pivots as needed based on performance and ability to reach brand goals
Lead tests & learns with expectation that these will be scalable across the client's accounts. Expectation is also that these are shared out wider with KINESSO team
Continual evaluation of search marketing strategies to identify opportunity for competitive advantage for KINESSO
Master, identify and communicate trends in search and client industries
Create and present case studies, POVs, etc.
Experience analyzing multi-touch attribution reports (Nielsen, IRI, etc.)
Analyze search planning budgets, of assigned accounts, to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensures proper financial allocation

Required Skills and Experience
Substantial experience with within an agency environment required
Expert in Google, Bing, and other search partners
Advanced/Cutting Edge knowledge of at least two bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo or SA360
Polished presence and presentations skills (presentation will be required)
Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail
Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required
Working knowledge of Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience
Substantial managerial experience preferred

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

120,000.00 - 125,000.00

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
