Overview

The Global Media Operations team supports client-specific work across Strategy, Investment, and Account teams, while managing critical operational functions across financials, commercial processes, and day-to-day business management.

This role is a key member of a lean, agile global operations team supporting 30+ markets. You will act as a central connector across regions-ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency in global processes and ways of working. With exposure across Client, Finance, and Commercial Operations, this role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced, structured environments and is motivated to improve how teams work at scale.

Responsibilities
• Serve as a central coordinator across global and regional teams to ensure alignment on processes, deliverables, and timelines
• Partner with Global Strategy, Regional Leads, and account teams to support day-to-day operations and client deliverables
• Build strong working relationships across markets and functions to enable seamless collaboration

Process, Compliance & Governance
• Drive adherence to global processes, standards, and ways of working across all markets
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability
• Support audit readiness and compliance with client billing, financial, and operational requirements
• Track and enforce regional compliance, escalating issues where needed

Financial & Commercial Operations
• Support financial operations including spend tracking, reporting validation, billing inputs, and hours tracking
• Assist with commercial operations such as scope management, fee tracking, and staff planning inputs
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and operational data

Reporting & Data Management
• Validate and manage global media spend data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
• Improve clarity and usability of reporting outputs for internal and client stakeholders
• Partner with teams to ensure strong data governance and quality control standards

Systems, Tools & Enablement
• Oversee and support key agency tools and platforms (e.g., Mediaocean, reporting systems, collaboration tools)
• Manage system structures including hierarchies, access, and data integrity
• Lead tool adoption, training, and ongoing support for global teams
• Act as a subject matter resource for system-related troubleshooting and best practices

AI & Ways of Working Innovation
• Support adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflow automation across operations teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to promote responsible AI usage and best practices
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and emerging technologies

Project Management
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a lean team environment
• Coordinate workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution
• Proactively identify risks and remove blockers to keep initiatives on track

Qualifications

Basic Requirements
• 6-10 years of experience in operations, media, project management, or a related field within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience driving or improving operational workflows, including process standardization and compliance
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High attention to detail, particularly with financial data, reporting, and operational accuracy
• Experience working in global or multi-market environments and coordinating across time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
• Bachelor's degree required

Nice to Have
• Experience supporting financial operations (billing, audits, or commercial tracking)
• Exposure to AI tools, automation pilots, or workflow optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with AI governance or responsible use frameworks

Compensation Range: $97,375.00 - $155,961.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
