About the RoleWe are looking for an Associate Director of Remarketing who is a highly strategic and execution-focused leader to own and evolve our remarketing ecosystem across channels. This role requires someone who is deeply curious, performance-obsessed, and proactive, able to identify gaps, challenge constraints, and drive meaningful business impact.
The selected candidate will become part of a team dedicated to increasing visits to OMF.com, driving application submits, and increasing booked loans.
This role is highly collaborative and involves working with cross-functional teams across marketing, affiliates, u/x, creative, product, analytics, originations, and digital to develop and execute remarketing campaigns aimed at increasing the pool of leads and submitted applications.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of analytical rigor, curiosity and big picture thinking to deliver measurable business results.
Strategy & Execution:- Define annual remarketing strategy and communications plans that increases the number leads and .com visitors to booked loans.
- Develop and implement testing frameworks, aligned with key business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted marketing lead to business leaders and executives.
- Define audience segments, write clear briefs and develop creative optimizations that are personalized to each audience segment.
- Deliver strong campaign strategies grounded in research/insights, testing, and data that deliver on key goals and metrics.
Performance and Optimization- A thought leader and ability to drive reporting with analytic partners. Understanding performance from click to booked loan.
- Identify test segments based on results and provide testing and targeting recommendations.
- Ability to prioritize testing framework and project management of initiatives from data insight, briefing, implementation and measurement.
- Design and deploy marketing campaigns and test plans across all key media channels such as (digital, SMS, email) in collaboration with analytics, operations, UX, affiliates and digital teams.
- Provide tracking, analysis, and metric/insight reporting of impact - marketing creative, touch points, and campaigns across all channels.
- Develop presentations that report on key metrics, summarize results, and provide insights to inform future test strategy.
Qualifications:- 8+ years of strategic marketing experience in customer acquisition along with a bachelor's degree. MBA a bonus.
- Ability to understand the company business strategy and support through marketing initiatives
- Ability to dive into the details and develop a roadmap based on strategic insights and understanding of capabilities. High level view with pragmatic roadmap execution.
- Established track record in successfully driving results within acquisition campaigns
- Proven experience with campaign development, from briefs through working with creative teams and channel managers to launch
- Results oriented.
- Proven analytical skills to drive strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with all levels of management.
- Adept in creative problem solving, with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple fast paced, deadline-driven projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to create powerful storylines and presentations to gain buy-in across the organization
- Financial services, lending experience and/or acquisition closing experience desired.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management platforms is a plus.

Target base salary range is $110,000-150,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
