Soni is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced
Benefits & Mobility leader to oversee employee benefits programs, vendor relationships, and a small team.
This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of day-to-day benefits operations, while partnering closely with HR leadership and supporting continued growth and process improvement.
Responsibilities:- Lead benefits strategy and administration
- Manage benefit carriers, vendors, and external partners
- Oversee ongoing benefits programs and employee support
- Lead and develop a small team
- Support mobility and immigration programs
- Partner with HR and business leadership on key initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve programs, processes, and employee experience
- Support benefits-related projects and vendor changes
Requirements:- Strong benefits leadership experience
- Experience managing benefit vendors and carriers
- Prior people management experience
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within a larger or complex organization
Preferred Skills:- Global mobility or immigration exposure
- Experience with benefits carrier changes or implementations
Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
