The Associate Director, HCP Marketing (KOL Engagement) will play a highly visible role in advancing the launch of Rezdiffra through strategic healthcare professional (HCP) engagement initiatives. In concert with Marketing leadership, this individual will lead the development and execution of impactful peer-to-peer education and thought leader engagement programs designed to elevate scientific exchange, strengthen advocacy, and accelerate HCP adoption.

Key Responsibilities- In concert with Marketing leadership, drive the strategy and execution of HCP engagement and peer-to-peer education initiatives aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives
- In collaboration with cross-functional partners, lead speaker bureau strategy and operations, including speaker engagement, training, program execution, content collaboration, compliance, and performance analytics
- Support regional and local congress engagement initiatives, including product theaters, KOL engagement opportunities, and field-facing educational programs
- Develop and execute advisory board strategies to generate actionable customer insights and inform brand strategy
- Partner closely with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to translate field insights into meaningful commercial opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HCP Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, PRC/MLR, Analytics, and Market Research teams to ensure aligned and compliant execution
- Manage agency partners, budgets, timelines, and operational execution with a focus on excellence, agility, and impact
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously optimize engagement strategies and program performance
Required & Desired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years of biopharmaceutical commercial and/or marketing experience
- Proven experience leading speaker bureau programs, peer-to-peer education initiatives, advisory boards, and KOL engagement strategies
- Experience supporting specialty product launches within dynamic commercial environments; Subpart H launch experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and experience operating successfully within regulated environments
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical data and customer insights into compelling educational initiatives
- Experience in liver disease, hepatology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, or related specialty markets preferred
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Domestic travel up to 35%, including occasional weekends
- Hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA or Waltham, MA (3 days onsite weekly)

Base salary is determined by several factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs and market demands. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position, applicable to all candidates, is $182,000 to $222,000 per year. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
