Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Market Access Insights & Forecasting organization. This role will support the development and delivery of insights related to Most Favored Nations (MFN) in support of Global Market Access (GMAx), helping the organization respond to a rapidly evolving pricing, reimbursement, and policy environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of MFN-related insights across policy, competitor, pricing, reimbursement, and market access domains. This role supports strategic market access decision-making through analytics, external landscape monitoring, and insight generation.

This individual will synthesize inputs including primary and secondary research, external data platforms, policy monitoring, competitor intelligence, and internal business context to generate clear, actionable insights for GMAx stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

The role is aligned with our global access insights framework, delivering descriptive, comparative, predictive, and technology-enabled insights to support planning, risk assessment, and business decision-making related to MFN.The position requires strong analytical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex external developments into relevant implications for business partners and senior stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership & Insight Delivery

    • Partner with GMAx, pricing, and market access stakeholders to support business questions related to MFN

    • Support development of integrated insight plans and analyses to inform MFN-related strategy and planning

    • Deliver clear, actionable insights on policy developments, competitor actions, launch dynamics, and pricing implications

    • Translate business questions into structured research and analytical approaches

  • MFN Landscape Monitoring & Intelligence Generation

    • Monitor and synthesize the global policy, pricing, reimbursement, and competitor landscape related to MFN

    • Maintain structured tracking of relevant pharmaceutical pricing reforms, manufacturer actions, and market events across key MFN reference markets

    • Prepare timely summaries, implications, and targeted analyses for GMAx and cross-functional stakeholders

    • Identify emerging risks and opportunities for inline brands and pipeline assets

  • Data Integration & Analytics

    • Use available digital and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and quality of insight generation

    • Integrate primary market research, secondary data, and external data sources into coherent analyses

    • Support scenario-based analyses related to MFN impact on pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch sequencing

    • Contribute to scalable and repeatable approaches for tracking and synthesizing MFN-related insights

    • Collaborate across analytics, forecasting, pricing, and digital teams to strengthen insight generation capabilities

Required Education

  • Undergraduate degree in related discipline required

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or a related field preferred

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering insight or analytics projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including at least 2 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, policy, or related areas

  • Experience in global market access, pricing, reimbursement, policy analytics, or related business analysis

  • Experience supporting business decision-making in a complex and evolving external environment

  • Experience could be from a similar role in a pharmaceutical company, market access function, policy function, analytics team, or consulting environment

  • Understanding of global pricing and reimbursement dynamics, including policy and competitive developments that affect market access strategy

  • Familiarity with MFN-related business questions and implications for pricing, reimbursement, launch planning, and access decision-making

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization

  • Ability to break down business questions into specific, tangible hypotheses and analytical requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an appreciation for data-driven analytical methods

  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with external pricing or market access platforms such as Navlin or similar tools

  • Experience applying AI or digital tools to insight generation, monitoring, or workflow improvement

  • Background in consulting, analytics, or market access strategy support

The salary range for this role is

$156,900.00 - $247,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
