Full Job Description
What you'll be doing...

Responsible for managing a cross-functional team of resources in the Agile product teams, coaching and mentoring them to deliver high-quality mobile experience (15%). Responsible for end-to-end delivery and support of Digital and App Engagement programs (10%). Responsible for production defects (experience, functional, accessibility, & performance) fixing, support and troubleshooting of various platforms (10%). Partner with CXO product owners to influence product road maps and align with key partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery of company goals (10%). Partner with the MVA platform team to leverage new iOS/Android capabilities (5%). Lead technology architecture discussions, facilitate key decision points, convert requirements into working product outcomes and drive integration with various systems (10%). Lead creation of "minimum viable product", prioritize critical tasks and enable test and learn approaches to iteratively deliver technical and business solutions (10%). Lead design of load and scalability testing and execution of testing & tuning; Manage the software quality, data security and compliance processes, including the maintenance and improvement of security posture (10%). Deliver results within budget, time, quality and strategic and tactical key performance goals, manage the budget for the App Engagement product area (10%). Lead software engineering and development, including leading IT teams through Business Analysis, Project Management, and digital technologies (10%).

What we're looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, Information System, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer/Developer, Technical Staff Consultant/Lead or Manager, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years in developing enterprise web-based applications using Java, Java EE or Jakarta EE, Spring framework, Spring reactive framework, and REST; and 2 years using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and cloud native Microservices architecture. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
