Commercial and Medical Affairs.
This role partners closely with field leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field teams are equipped with the right
metrics, tools, processes, insights, and governance to execute against business priorities. The individual will translate strategy into execution by leading initiatives across
field reporting, targeting and alignment, performance management, and operational cadence (e.g., POA, business reviews).
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership to define and advance field force effectiveness priorities.
- Translate brand and medical strategy into actionable field execution frameworks and initiatives by aligning across cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve field productivity, focus, and execution quality
- Provide objective, data-driven recommendations to improve field performance
- Define and manage field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Commercial. Leverage information from Medical Operations to incorporate into unified field force effectiveness metrics.
- Monitor Commercial and Medical Affairs performance trends and identify actionable insights to inform decision-making
- Lead development of business reviews and performance updates for leadership
- Ensure consistent visibility into field execution and business impact
- Support development and execution of targeting, segmentation, and call planning strategies
- Support field alignment, territory updates, and roster management processes
- Manage Field Force Effectiveness governance process, working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on metrics and dashboards
- Support Plan of Action (POA) processes, business reviews, and operating cadence
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
- 7-8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry experience
- Experience in field force effectiveness, sales/medical operations, commercial operations, analytics, or CRM
- Experience supporting customer-facing field teams (Sales, Market Access, or Medical Affairs)
- Demonstrated success working in a highly cross-functional environment
- Field experience and/or product launch experience preferred
- CRM platforms (preferred: Veeva CRM)
- Data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of KPI frameworks, field reporting, and performance tracking

U.S. Pay Range$174,300.00 - $235,700.00The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
