Full Job Description
We're evolving how our workplaces feel and function - moving toward flexible, hospitality-inspired environments that deliver a consistent experience across every location. As part of this shift, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining our regional office spaces so they reflect both our brand and how our people actually work. In this role, you'll sit at the centre of everything facilities-related across the region - from delivering fit-outs and renovations to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll partner closely with local teams, vendors, and leadership to create spaces that work seamlessly and feel great to be in. What You'll Own • Lead fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects end-to-end, coordinating architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver on time and to standard • Review architectural and engineering drawings, spot risks or improvements early, and ensure builds align with plans through on-site inspections • Manage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple offices, working closely with local teams, landlords, and service providers • Own vendor relationships and contracts across cleaning, maintenance, catering, and other services - including quality checks and sign-offs • Act as the go-to expert for facilities issues, troubleshooting faults quickly and minimizing disruption to the business • Set and maintain high standards across all locations, including running office walkthroughs, risk assessments, and compliance checks • Lead health and safety across the region, including training programs, incident readiness, and business continuity planning • Manage regional budgets, forecasting and tracking spend while finding opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service What You Bring Essential • Solid experience (5+ years) in facilities or workplace management, giving you the confidence to run operations and projects independently • Proven experience delivering fit-outs or renovations, so you can navigate stakeholders, timelines, and technical challenges effectively • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, enabling you to identify issues early and guide decision-making • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, allowing you to manage multiple sites, vendors, and projects at once • Clear, confident communication skills - you build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels and get things done through collaboration Valued • Experience working in a regional or multi-site role, where consistency and local nuance both matter • An engineering background or technical training that strengthens your troubleshooting and project oversight • Familiarity with workplace systems (e.g., desk booking, travel platforms) and helping teams adopt them smoothly • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting, budgeting, and presenting insights If you're someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and cares about creating great workplace experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
