UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Engineer STAAT Analytics Platform in Weehawken, NJ

We're looking for an Associate Director, Engineer STAAT Analytics Platform to:
• Design and implement scalable, reliable ETL data pipelines, leverage cloud infrastructure and data platform components effectively to support advanced data solutions. Implement data distribution strategies, ensuring secure and efficient delivery across internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and data visualizations to support key business use cases and decision-making. Develop and maintain an automation framework for testing systems globally, ensuring alignment with test strategies, standards, and plans.
• Define and deliver the automation roadmap, enhancing productivity and efficiency through test automation. Build observability into systems, monitor production health, respond to incidents, and remediate root causes.
• Develop and integrate custom tools to improve engineering workflows and productivity. Collaborate with and represent stakeholder interests, advocating for their needs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Share knowledge, support hiring efforts, and contribute to the engineering culture and internal communities. Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $167,835 to $173,000/year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience as a Technical Test Lead, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• HDFS, Impala, and big data ingestion techniques; Python; SQL; PySpark; cloud platforms such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics; Data warehousing concepts; Relational databases; Business reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and Power Bl; Cl/CD using Azure Devops and GitLab; Job Scheduling tool as Autosys; Data streaming service like Kafka, message queues; Automation testing skills using Selenium; Design and execute functional and non-functional test cases; Data pipelines across environments; Agile methodologies; Test management tools like Jira and ALM.
