Full Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Leading a Data Ops team, ensuring their growth as they progress through their career.
  • Acting as a key partner for client and internal teams by architecting data flows and developing strategies for ensuring marketing data is democratized, reliable and delivered efficiently.
  • Expanding current client work, consult on client-side Data Ops, and help clients realize the value of a dedicated team managing Data Ops
  • Reviewing and assisting Data Ops team with SQL scripts and dataflows in data wrangling tools like Alteryx or Google Dataprep
  • Leading evaluations and opportunities with new platforms and solutions for simplifying and/or automating media and site data processes
  • Managing efficient execution of projects, implementing best practices gained from other Data Ops projects
  • Building a collaborative team environment, including participation in department-wide training efforts and fostering employee career growth
  • Leading development of roadmaps for deploying automation solutions and Data Ops projects
  • Playing a key role in defining the technology strategy for data management
  • Empowering your team to live the Digitas values to be open, bold, and curious
  • Serving as a knowledge expert for media and site data processes and identify areas of improvement to ensure appropriate turnaround times and data quality standards are being met

Qualifications

  • 7-9 years of applicable experience in analytics with an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, experience managing multiple projects across teams
  • Experience managing a team
  • A four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly changing space, and a natural curiosity
  • Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx a must
  • Knowledge of digital data technologies (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platforms, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience with Python and/or R a plus
  • Experience working with Google Cloud and AWS a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL• E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $112,290.00 - USD $161,280.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
