You will lead strategic analysis, develop executive-level presentations, and manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance the firm's ability to consistently estimate and apply profitability and risk-adjusted return measures. Your work will generate strategic insights that contribute to the effective management of PNC's balance sheet.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will:
• Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing across priorities, sharing perspectives, and supporting colleagues to achieve team and enterprise objectives.
• Frame complex business questions and define the analysis needed to address them.
• Evaluate business performance, emerging opportunities, and financial risks.
• Lead the development of strategic analytics to support Corporate Treasury initiatives.
• Translate financial and portfolio information into clear insights and potential recommendations.
• Develop compelling presentations and executive narratives tailored to different audiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve the consistency and effectiveness of profitability and risk-adjusted return measurement.
• Support the integration of risk-adjusted return measures into key line-of-business processes and analyses.
• Partner across Corporate Treasury, Finance, Risk, and other functions to advance the use of risk-adjusted return information in strategic decision-making.
• Perform and support analysis for ALCO and other senior executive forums.
• Guide junior team members and review analytical and presentation deliverables.

This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior executives and line-of-business leaders. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business and banking acumen, strategic thinking, financial fluency, and executive communication skills. The role requires a collaborative, team-oriented, and detail-oriented professional who works effectively with others, contributes beyond individual assignments, and supports shared outcomes. The candidate must also be able to influence stakeholders, manage multiple initiatives, establish priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work under tight timelines. Given the role's visibility and responsibilities, it may periodically require work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek.

Experience in a Business, Risk, Treasury, or line-of-business Finance function at a Bank is preferred but not required. Experience driving the development of analytics and/or managing/working with large unstructured datasets to drive insights is preferred. An MBA, CPA, CFA, or progress toward one of these credentials is a plus but is not required.
