Provide strategic and creative POV across concepts, talent, production, content development, and stakeholder approvals.

  • Lead cross-functional execution across clients, partners, investment, creative, production, analytics, and legal/business affairs.

  • Oversee paid media activation and measurement, including launch readiness, delivery, optimization, reporting, and program wraps.

  • Drive program governance across timelines, budgets, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables; anticipate risks, develop solutions, and escalate when appropriate.

  • Direct and develop Manager/Supervisor-level team members through clear priorities, coaching, feedback, and quality control.

  • Contribute to ideation, marketplace intelligence, partner evaluation, and new approaches that strengthen client programs and agency's content offering.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in branded content, content partnerships, media investment, integrated marketing, entertainment marketing, or a related field; agency experience strongly preferred.
