As a result, we deliver creative, cost-effective, streamlined solutions that not only look good on paper, but work in practice - helping our clients achieve lasting competitive advantage.

In this role, you will support transformation initiatives as part of a Global Integration Program Management Office overseeing end-to-end organizational process improvements, integrated governance frameworks, and multiple program management efforts across regional implementation teams and construction and consolidation projects.

The ability to be self-sufficient, accountable, responsive, and comfortable with direct client interactions will be paramount to success in this role, as well as knowing when to pull in the Global Integration Program Lead for support.

  • Support real estate and workplace streamlining and consolidation activities from strategy through implementation, escalating key decisions to the Program Lead
  • Create high-quality written and verbal client communications, translating operational updates and data insights for business unit and leadership audiences to enable awareness, decisions, and alignment
  • Develop business cases that connect strategy and analytics to clear recommendations and next steps
  • Develop and monitor program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track program health
  • Organize and facilitate regional meetings, owning inputs, outputs (actions), and follow-ups aligned with program templates
  • Source, streamline, and manage regional inputs, stakeholder feedback, data, tracking, tools, and reporting to ensure single-source accountability and data credibility
  • Perform data visualization for use in communicating operational performance, financial modeling/analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision
  • Develop processes for assessing progress, and compile and analyze program lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to help identify improvement opportunities and recommendations

Key Competencies

  • Program thinking: Capacity to support innovative program management and stakeholder engagement solutions for program delivery challenges
  • PMO adaptability: Flexibility to support program management operations in dynamic environments and help adjust to changing program needs
  • Program support and acumen: Ability to apply program governance principles to support program teams and contribute to portfolio initiatives
