DescriptionThe Center for Global Business Programs is a strategically important, entrepreneurial unit within the Lubin School of Business working on international programs. The Associate Director position interacts with faculty, Associate Deans, the Center's program coordinator, Department Chairs, international administrators, students and a variety of other offices within and outside of the University. Responsibilities include sourcing and executing new programs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness, confidentiality, and diplomacy and ensuring student satisfaction. The position is involved with planning, implementing and controlling monies, payments, logistics and events associated with all CGBP programs. As Associate Director of the CGBP, this position will work closely with the Assistant Dean and in the implementation of existing and new custom programs for schools, corporations or other organizations occurring within Pace's downtown NYC campus and will gain familiarity with CGBP operations and programs as needed. The Associate Director will also be responsible for the recruitment of students for semester-long non-matriculated and custom CGBP programs. The Associate Director will work with the Assistant Dean to identify and develop a pipeline of new custom programs. The successful candidate will market these programs through independent research, and meetings, will develop and deliver in-person and virtual presentations, visit international institutions and attend international fairs such as the annual NAFSA conference and other independent school study abroad fairs around the globe.
Position Duties- Works closely with the Assistant Dean on the implementation of existing custom programs occurring within Pace's downtown NYC campus and will gain familiarity with all CGBP operations and programs as needed.
- Manages the recruitment of students for semester-long non-matriculated and custom CGBP programs.

- Identifies and develops a pipeline of custom programs.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Coordinates the preparation and tracking of budgets for CGBP programs, planning, implementing and controlling monies, logistics and events associated with all CGBP programs.
- Markets CGBP programs through independent research, meetings and presentations.
- Attends international fairs such as NAFSA and other independent school visits, or study abroad fairs around the globe.
- Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications- Bachelor's degree mandatory, Masters degree in a relevant field preferred and at least five years of experience in operations, marketing, communications and/or program development.
- Experience living or working with other cultures preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Well-honed analytic skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, Department Chairs and Senior Administrators internally and externally.
- Advanced competence in Office Suite Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Competence in use of Banner, LMS systems, and ISS Connect preferred.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills including AI related productivity enhancing tools.
Work HoursMonday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
