The Opportunity

The Associate Director, Business Operations, US Aesthetics is a highly visible role that serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Aesthetics leadership team. This role supports strategic planning, project management, and operational execution across the Aesthetics portfolio, helping translate business priorities into clear plans, coordinated action, and measurable outcomes.

Working closely with senior leaders in sales, marketing, and cross functional groups, this individual will help drive key business initiatives, support executive communications, and improve the effectiveness of cross-functional ways of working. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, analytical capability, executive presence, and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic planning and business operations:
  • Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Aesthetics leadership team.
  • Help translate leadership team priorities into actionable plans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support and coordinate strategic planning, operating plans, and portfolio management processes across the Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Drive project management, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination for multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen organizational alignment.
  • Help ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.


Executive support and communications:
  • Develop executive presentations, business updates, strategic recommendations, and leadership communications.
  • Provide analytical and presentation support for strategic storytelling, including leadership presentations, company-wide communications, offsites, speaker materials, and Board-related materials where applicable.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, decision-making forums, action tracking, and follow-up.
  • Plan and support regular leadership meetings and strategic offsites, including agenda development, materials preparation, and action follow-through.


Cross-functional leadership and execution:
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and act as a liaison across Marketing and Sales.
  • Support the Aesthetics leadership team across high-priority projects, business reviews, portfolio planning sessions, commercial launch readiness, and organizational change efforts.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning, messaging alignment, and commercial execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks, solve problems, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
  • Act as a positive culture leader, promoting collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and a team mindset.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field required. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, commercial operations, marketing strategy, or a chief-of-staff-type role.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and supporting high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategy, operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a regulated or considered-purchase category such as aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or pharma.
  • Experience operating as both a strategist and hands-on executor, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and move work from concept to completion.


Skills
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling executive-level presentations and analyses.
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to support business case development, scenario planning, and resource prioritization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong accountability and follow-through.

Compensation

The target base salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate's qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
