UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Business Manager in New York, NY

We're looking for an Associate Director, Business Manager to:
• Assess, identify and evaluate risks to ensure adherence to regulatory and operational risk standards, and propose solutions or changes that will mitigate against those risks.
• Partner with Trading functions, other business management teams and support functions such as Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Market Risk to ensure a robust risk & control environment in Global Markets.
• Support team members and other COO teams, both locally and globally, to manage daily COO and business activities contributing to the implementation of complex projects such as business initiatives, regulatory, audit and risk remediation activities.
• Maintain an effective control environment for the Rates and Credit business including the management of related day to day activities.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).
Salary Range & Work Schedule: $126,963 to $180,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Financial Risk Analyst, or a related occupation in lieu of Master's degree.
Position requires experience with the following:
• (1) Fixed income products; (2) data analytics across complex data sets; (3) regulatory landscape; (4) control frameworks; (5) Tableau; (6) Alteryx; (7) Income statement and Balance sheet; (8) Budgeting, Headcount and Resource Optimization; (9) Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management; (10) Project management; (11) Supply Chain and Vendor management.
