Average Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00; occasional weekends as needed

Job Summary: The Associate Director of Brand Marketing Operations serves as the operational leader responsible for enabling the efficient, high-quality delivery of all brand and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, this role owns the systems, workflows, and resource planning that power the organization's creative and campaign execution engine. This leader ensures that marketing work is delivered on time, on strategy, and at the highest standard by optimizing processes, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing team capacity. This role is primarily operational and execution-focused, with accountability for throughput, efficiency, and delivery excellence rather than creative direction or enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Operations Leadership

    • Own the intake, prioritization, and routing of all marketing requests
    • Establish clear workflows, SLAs, and accountability structures
    • Ensure visibility into all active and upcoming workstreams

  • Project & Production Management

    • Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns and creative production
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and delivery

  • Cross-Functional Alignment

    • Serve as central coordination point across marketing, product, digital, and agencies
    • Ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders

  • Resource & Capacity Planning

    • Forecast workload and balance team capacity
    • Identify risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications:

  • Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred but not required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 30 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to see, hear, and listen, to effectively communicate.
  • Travel requires up to 40% of the time.
