The Commercial Engines Aftermarket Operations (AMO) team has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, AMO FP&A.

This is an onsite position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.

What You Will Do:

Commercial Aftermarket Operations (AMO) is a global network of 17 MRO entities which consists of eight repair shops, six engine overhaul centers, and three other operations sites.

This role supports the financial planning and analysis function for these units at a headquarter level as well as providing financial support to the various CE Operations cross-functional departments including accounting, supply chain, sales, quality, industrialization, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the consolidation, reporting and analysis of the CE Operations financials, which includes in-depth understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance.

- Coordinate month end reporting and monthly/quarterly forecast including entity rollup in OneStream.

- Lead the annual plan and long-range plan forecasts.

- Report and present monthly actuals and MML results, and long-range plan to AMO, CE Operations and CE leadership.

- Perform analysis of various operational metrics including cost per hour and labor efficiency/productivity.

- Partner, network, and benchmark with the finance and operations teams at the MRO entities, particularly during the month-end close and MML processes.

- Assist CE Operations and Finance executives with ad hoc presentations and financial analysis.

- Support Aftermarket Supply Chain analysis and represent AMO Finance in passport reviews for external repair agreements.

- Utilize technology to enhance financial analyses and identify process efficiencies.

- Identify and execute process improvements.

- Proactively develop risks and opportunities with CE Operations and CE leadership.

- Partner with business leaders to support various projects, reduce cost and expand financial returns.

- Coach and mentor staff.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required with at least 12+ years of experience in corporate finance including exposure to commercial engines; OR an Advanced degree with 10+ years of experience in corporate finance including exposure to commercial engines.

- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
