Full Job Description
We are seeking to fill an Associate Digital Hardware Engineer position located at our Clarksburg MD Campus. You will work closely with Senior Engineers on new or existing product development programs in Digital Hardware design of portable radio products which includes working with Microprocessors, DSPs, Memory Systems, FPGAs, and High Efficiency Power Supplies and using hardware development and design tools like Spice, Hyperlinx, Altium Designer, KiCAD and Matlab.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to engineers and scientific staff in design and development projects to find solutions to real world problems.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of analog and digital design principles in support of hardware development tasks.
  • Gather and analyze data or information in support of engineering research.
  • Document and communicate results of technical data generated.
  • Share technical information and promote open dialogue.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The annualized pay range for this role is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
