Job Overview The Associate Engineer, Deployment at T-Mobile is responsible for executing and optimizing network infrastructure deployments across hardware, software, and integrated systems. This role supports scalable initiatives such as 5G expansion, transport modernization, and cloud infrastructure deployment by ensuring operational readiness and deployment quality. Utilizing standardized workflows and automation tools, the position enhances delivery consistency and efficiency. The Associate Engineer collaborates with engineering, operations, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain visibility into deployment progress. Through these efforts, the role contributes to improved deployment quality, operational stability, and the advancement of T-Mobile's network capabilities. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
