About the Opportunity

West Mall Dental Group is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our modern, technology-driven practice in Etobicoke. This is a wonderful opportunity for a clinician looking to develop their clinical skillset and grow long-term within a close-knit, family-oriented team.

New patients are routinely assigned to the incoming associate, providing an excellent foundation to build a busy and rewarding schedule from day one. With mentorship available and a long-tenured, stable team, this practice is an ideal home for a new graduate or early-career clinician ready to grow.

  • Close-knit team with outstanding staff retention — including team members with 25 and 30 years at the practice
  • Mentorship available with a committed, long-term partner dentist
  • Family-oriented culture with an emphasis on collaboration and long-term relationships
  • Technology includes Lumina scanner, CEREC, soft tissue laser, panoramic imaging, and a fully paperless workflow

Schedule

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
