This individual needs to have a great personality, want to treat and care for patients at the highest level, and enjoy learning new procedures as well as be open to using all the newest technology that dentistry has to offer. We offer a guaranteed daily rate plus commissioned pay whichever is greater. A motivated dentist joining our team could expect to earn over $200K or more in their very first year of employment. Our practice is lucky to welcome over 300 new patients through our doors each month. It will be a breeze for a new dentist to build their own patient base with us.
