In the role of Associate Manager, CRM & Audience Strategy (North America), based in Chicago, IL, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of CRM (Email and SMS) programs across all brands in the US and Canada. This role will also support audience strategy by analyzing consumer and campaign data to identify insights and opportunities that enhance marketing effectiveness across owned and paid channels. As the organization's CRM subject matter expert, you will build strong partnerships and credibility across eCommerce, Brand, Field, Shopper Marketing, Media, and Analytics teams. Beyond CRM channel execution, you will help shape how first-party data informs audience development, personalization, and digital marketing investment decisions across channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand beyond traditional CRM management, influencing broader audience and data-driven marketing strategies while building a foundation for future leadership in digital marketing, audience strategy, or data strategy.

What You'll Be Brewing

  • Lead the CRM deployment process for all US & Canada brands from creative briefing through execution.

  • Develop and lead the adoption of US and Canada CRM principles (Email & SMS).

  • Act as the enterprise CRM expert, driving adoption through stakeholder education and championing consumer-first marketing practices.

  • Partner with eCom, Brand, Media, Shopper Marketing, Data & Analytics, and agency teams to integrate CRM within broader omnichannel marketing strategies.

  • Drive the evolution of personalization capabilities through segmentation, journey design, testing frameworks, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Deliver measurement frameworks, performance reporting, and actionable insights that quantify business impact, guide optimization, and inform future marketing investment decisions.

  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives across Email and SMS programs, translating results into scalable best practices.

  • Own CRM health and deliverability, including email reputation, IP warming, inbox placement, and customer experience optimization.

  • Partner with Media and Digital Marketing teams to translate audience insights and first-party data into cross-channel activation strategies that improve targeting, personalization, campaign performance, and media efficiency across owned and paid channels.

  • Contribute to audience and data strategy initiatives, including first-party data collection, governance, segmentation, and activation frameworks that support both CRM and broader digital marketing objectives.

  • Evaluate and recommend martech/adtech tools that bridge CRM, CDP, and Digital media ecosystems


Key Ingredients

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of CRM experience on the client side or at an agency.

  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, audience activation, and customer data platform (CDP) technologies.


  • Knowledge of CRM technology and data-driven marketing with the ability to translate insights into strategic business recommendations.

  • Experience developing audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Understanding of email deliverability and CRM health, including IP warming, sender reputation, inbox placement, authentication protocols, and compliance best practices.

  • Understanding of privacy regulations, consent management, and Email/SMS compliance requirements in the US and Canada considered an asset.

  • Proven ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholder groups across Brand, Media, Shopper, Analytics, Legal, Technology, and agency partners.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and measurement skills, including evaluating business impact and communicating results to senior leadership.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to challenge priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple teams.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, innovation mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement and results.

  • Experience leveraging first-party data, audience strategy, and segmentation frameworks to support CRM, paid media, and broader digital marketing activation.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems, including paid social, search, programmatic media, identity resolution, data governance, and customer data platforms (CDPs).

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with media/digital marketing teams, not just as a CRM stakeholder but as a data strategy contributor.

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 -$123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
