Position Overview:

Role Purpose:

The Associate Creative Director - Digital Experience leads the execution of digital-first creative experiences across eCommerce, lifecycle, and paid channels. This role connects strategic intent to high-quality digital execution, ensuring customer experiences are visually compelling, brand-right, and performance-driven. The role balances hands-on creative leadership with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Lead digital creative execution across email, site experiences, paid media, and social platforms


  • Translate campaign concepts into effective digital storytelling and customer journeys


  • Partner with Lifecycle, Media, UX, and Technology teams to optimize digital experiences


  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers


  • Ensure digital work meets brand standards, usability expectations, and performance goals

This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
