Associate to join our Corporate Litigation practice group. Our associates handle compelling, fast-paced cases from sophisticated clients that are professionally challenging and rewarding.

Who You Are
  • Attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience (some Court of Chancery experience preferred)
  • Admitted to the Delaware bar
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communicator, both with writing and oral advocacy
  • Strong project manager with solid judgment and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do
  • Litigate in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the most influential trial court in the nation on matters of corporate law
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers, clients and business professionals to support and develop innovative case strategies to achieve the most favorable outcomes
  • Draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex matters
  • Engage in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and arbitrations
  • Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external client relationships by providing support, advice, and addressing concerns promptly and with the utmost professionalism
