About the RoleThe Investment Funds Practice is seeking to add highly qualified associates with a minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation and related fund operational matters, to join our 4th through 6th year associate class. The practice group acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as internal sponsor arrangements, co-investments, fund operations, and regulatory and compliance matters.
