About the RoleThe Asset Management Transactions practice group is seeking to add highly qualified associates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management M&A, including GP stakes and control asset management transactions, to join our 5th through 8th year associate classes. The practice group executes on the full spectrum of corporate transactions involving asset managers, investment funds, broker-dealers, financial advisors, and other ancillary financial services businesses, and they act as counsel for a diverse array of clients, including asset managers, private equity firms, GP staking firms, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions, as well as founders, management teams, and boards of directors.
