Full Job Description
Seeking a dynamic clinical leader to direct a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic providing outpatient mental health and substance use services in Brooklyn, NY to children, adults, and families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical leadership, administrative direction, and oversight to a team of supervisors, therapists, and professional staff
  • Maintain expert knowledge of agency and regulatory protocols and collaborate with leadership and clinic staff to ensure implementation
  • Oversee clinical and operational workflows to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and develop systems to address identified issues
  • Monitor key program performance metrics such as therapist productivity, treatment plan quality and timeliness, quality benchmarks, and adherence to agency best practices
  • Oversee case assignment and management, including high-risk clients
  • Oversee specialized treatment tracks, including early childhood mental health, perinatal mental health, substance use disorders (SUD), divorced families, and anxiety
  • Enhance program reach and quality by developing innovative programming and staff training
  • Conduct community outreach, engage with community stakeholders, and develop specialized programming based on community needs
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Salary: $160,000-$180,000
