Job DescriptionAssociate will cover Fund Finance CIB clients and have the opportunity to gain exposure to various Private Equity sponsors and underlying investors while working closely with the Fund Finance origination team.
Job Requirements- Research and perform credit analysis on Private Equity Funds and analyze clients' financial profiles, industry and market data;
- Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive credit reviews that analyze transactions and client risks;
- Analyze and provide credit opinions on proposed Fund Finance deal structures;
- Monitor Fund and Investor financial performance and internal/external credit ratings;
- Contribute to the team's portfolio management activities considering Sponsors/Funds/Investors;
- Assist with deal negotiations and documentation with Agent Banks; and
- Interact with clients, third-party vendors, and credit adjudicators.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Associate 3-5 years of relevant credit and industry experience with a combination of strong financial/analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Successful candidates must have the capacity to become adept at facility structuring and credit analysis and be able to work effectively within a team.
