The 281-bed specialty medical center focuses on general acute medical/surgical care as well as a medical base to advanced services for cancer, orthopedics, spine, and neurology, and neurosurgery.
Anderson Lucchetti Women's & Children's Center
The 242-bed specialty medical center focuses on women's and children's specialty services and includes medical intensive care units for cardiac and neurological patients.
Job Description:
EDUCATION:- Bachelor's-BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Master's-MSN degree. Required.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: - 8 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:- Must be knowledgeable about health care and labor laws, regulations, accreditation requirements and clinical standards of practice.
- Must be familiar with various methods of care delivery, productivity, management, leadership, and quality improvement concepts.
- Must be familiar with all areas of professional clinical practice including the practice of medicine.
- Is cognizant of the principles of adult learning.
- Ability to plan, lead, organize, and execute in areas of responsibility to achieve desired outcomes / results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in areas of negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Must have analytical problem-solving skills as well as the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse others including colleagues, managers, and medical staff and be able to teach and develop others.
- Must be able to prioritize, make decisions and set clear expectations for others and execute decisions in a timely manner.
- Experience with Lean methodologies, including Daily Engagement System, Value Stream Mapping, Process Improvement, Planning and Executive Kaizen events.
- Must be self-directed, forward thinking, and innovative.

Pay Range is $260,312.00 to $416,520.00 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
