About the role

We are looking for a self-starter to join the Dyson Beauty category marketing team as the Associate Marketing Manager. In this supporting role, you will have business critical responsibilities including the day-to-day management and execution of product launches (from SKU set up to consumer journey and retailer planning). You will support commercial initiatives like category forecasting, go-to-market planning, retailer strategy and sell-ins and sales reporting, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders like Global Product Development, Demand and Supply Planning, Education, Sales and Finance.

The ideal candidate has some experience in marketing (Beauty industry experience preferred) and is comfortable analyzing and using data to inform decision-making. They are eager to become a product expert and a team player ready to lean in where the business needs demand. Key Accountabilities:

Support with strategic planning, execution, and analysis of commercial activities.

  • Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: Collaborate with Marketing Managers to plan, execute and measure product launch strategies to achieve business goals (market share growth, new product sales).
  • Assortment & Distribution Planning: Support Beauty Category Team by providing data-driven insights to inform strategic product and distribution plans in the short- and long-term to deliver sales and financial targets.
  • Sales Reporting & Commentary: Own regular sales reporting, including identification of new opportunities and trends to drive the business performance.
  • Sample & GWP Strategy: Own the sampling and gift-with-purchase strategies across 1P & 3P including identification of trends within the category to inform global strategy.
  • Team Support: Support Beauty Category team with ongoing strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional and leadership meeting prep.

About you

  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer marketing or sales, strong preference for Beauty experience
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Some experience with project management skills; ability to manage timelines, plan, achieve, and evaluate results individually and through others.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborative approach to work and problem solving.
  • Flexibility; must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, be open to taking on more, and can adapt plans and direction, as the business indicates.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely across various levels within the organization.


Salary : $100,400 - $125,500 annually + bonus opportunity
