Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced
Associate Attorney to join its California litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely.

What You'll Do - Manage a litigation caseload involving secured lending, title disputes, foreclosure-related matters, and other civil litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, legal memoranda, and client correspondence.
- Analyze new matters, develop litigation strategies, and prepare case budgets.
- Review title documents, foreclosure files, and related legal documentation.
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in court throughout California.
- Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal team members.
- Provide timely case updates and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while independently managing priorities.
What We're Looking For - Active California Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of litigation experience; experience with mortgage servicing, foreclosure, creditors' rights, or title litigation is highly preferred.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Experience drafting dispositive motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Outstanding communication and client service skills.
