Description

We are seeking a litigation attorney with experience representing professional service organizations. This attorney will play a critical role in managing cases from inception through resolution, including trial or appeal. This includes drafting motions and taking depositions, while collaborating with partners and clients on case strategy and goals. Key to this position is the ability to possess strong research, writing, and oral communication skills, and contribute to trial preparation and discovery. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience with a leading litigation firm.

This is a full-time position. Open to hybrid.

Responsibilities
• Handling all aspects of complex litigation matters
• Drafting and responding to correspondence, discovery, pleadings, and motions; taking and defending depositions; participating in hearings, arbitrations, and trials
• Performing legal research, drafting documents, keeping client files up to date, and moving forward
• Analyzing issues in legal matters, advising clients on solutions, and negotiating on behalf of clients
• Timely delivery of work product, assignments, motions, etc.
