Legal Drafting & Discovery
  • Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, affidavits, notices, demand letters, settlement documents, legal correspondence, and other court filings.
  • Assist with document collection, review, preservation, e-discovery, and discovery productions.
  • Review legal work product and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Hearings, Depositions & Trials
  • Prepare witnesses, exhibits, hearing binders, deposition materials, mediation submissions, and trial materials.
  • Support hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings, trials, and other litigation-related proceedings.
  • Travel to different counties throughout Texas as required by the litigation calendar, which may include several trips per month.

Legal Research & Business Support
  • Research Texas and federal law and translate findings into clear memoranda, draft filings, or practical recommendations.
  • Communicate legal issues and next steps clearly to internal business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel to ensure they have the information, documentation, and support needed to move each matter forward.
