Position Overview:

As an integral member of our business team, you will handle a broad spectrum of cases ranging from business transactions and litigation to entertainment law. From inception to resolution, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of business litigation and construction experience.
  • Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
