Qualifications

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery.
• Experience with depositions, court motions, and mediations preferred; trial experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills, client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle various litigation matters, including wrongful death and personal injury cases.
• Develop and implement legal strategies from case inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes and interface with clients and opposing counsel.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations.
• Participate in trials when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members and receive mentorship from experienced partners.
