Associate Attorney - Asbestos, Toxic TortPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in asbestos and toxic tort litigation. The ideal candidate will assist in handling a diverse range of cases, providing exceptional legal support and advocacy while working closely with senior attorneys to deliver favorable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and litigation of asbestos and toxic tort cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and build strong cases.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to asbestos and toxic torts.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license in CA in good standing.
- At least a year's experience in asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
