JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a team that enables responsible adoption of generative AI across a large, complex organization. You will help operate and continuously improve a secure employee-facing AI platform that supports business use cases at scale. This role offers high visibility across product, engineering, and risk and control partners. You will build durable operating processes, strengthen governance, and improve the end-to-end user experience.

As an Associate in AI Solutions and Business Enablement, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, servicing, and business management of the firm’s generative AI application, LLM Suite. You will coordinate activities across release execution, intake and servicing, billing support, access and capacity management, and audit readiness. You will partner with product, engineering, and independent risk and control stakeholders to help ensure the platform operates reliably and responsibly. You will manage multiple workstreams, track open actions, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving technology environment.

This is an execution-oriented role for a highly organized candidate who can synthesize inputs, maintain rigorous follow-through, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You will bring structure to complex operational needs and help scale consistent ways of working.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate release activities by tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks

  • Support monthly billing operations by preparing usage reporting, investigating variances, and coordinating stakeholder follow-ups

  • Prepare for governance and operating meetings by creating materials, tracking decisions, maintaining action logs, and publishing status updates

  • Support risk, control, compliance, legal, technology risk, and model risk inquiries by gathering evidence and coordinating responses

  • Triage operational intake requests, prioritize work with stakeholders, and identify recurring themes to reduce repeat issues

  • Maintain resiliency and operational readiness documentation, including runbooks, testing coordination, and follow-up tracking

  • Support access troubleshooting, entitlement reviews, and user issue resolution with internal platform partners

  • Assist with audit support and requests for information by coordinating fact-finding, documentation, and timely responses

  • Monitor and report on usage limits, spend controls, capacity needs, and subscription mapping to inform capacity planning

  • Maintain accurate application profile records for LLM Suite and related capabilities in internal systems

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+years of experience in business management, operations, project management, product operations, technology governance, or risk and controls

  • Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders, including maintaining action tracking, status reporting, and execution against deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, audience-appropriate updates and materials

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to interpret usage or operational metrics and investigate variances and drivers

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across teams without direct authority

  • High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling governance, risk, and control-related requests

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting a technology platform operating model, including intake, servicing, release coordination, and audit readiness

  • Familiarity with large language models, machine learning, or generative AI concepts

  • Working knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (for example: Python, Alteryx, or Tableau)
