Full Job Description
This is not a passive support role-we're offering real responsibility from day one. You will manage and grow relationships with some of the most sophisticated Credit investors in the US market. As you own activation, engagement, and pipeline momentum, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to how Credit funds actually deploy capital and generate alpha.
You'll Thrive if You
  • Are commercially driven and motivated by measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the confidence to lead client calls, ask probing commercial questions, and engage directly with Associates, VPs, and investment professionals.
  • Are naturally curious about credit markets, investment strategies, and how emerging tech and AI tools are reshaping investment research workflows.
  • Are resilient and persistent, energized by high standards and a demonstrated history of hitting performance targets.
  • Are highly organized, comfortable working with dashboards and CRM systems, and possess strong follow-through and personal accountability.
What You'll Do

You'll be at the forefront of our client relationships-proactively activating users, driving expert call engagement, and contributing directly to revenue growth within your assigned book of Credit & Public Equity clients.

Day to day, you'll:
  • Own activation and engagement KPIs, executing structured outreach cadences to increase transcript usage and expert call volume.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities by identifying new expert call alignment to client mandates, and converting trial users into recurring, active users.
  • Cultivate robust client relationships through regular strategic meetings and ongoing touchpoints, including traveling quarterly for in-person client visits and business reviews.
  • Monitor account health metrics, keeping a close eye on activation, call activity, renewal risk, and revenue contribution.
  • Deliver strategic value by preparing targeted expert and transcript recommendations tied to client strategy and market developments.
  • Collaborate daily with Account Managers and Project Managers to execute account growth plans while maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and activity reporting.
What You'll Gain
  • Commercial edge: Advanced relationship-building, account management, and strategic growth skills in a quota-bearing environment.
  • Client exposure: Direct engagement with leading minds in the US Credit and Public Equity markets.
  • Industry expertise: Deep understanding of credit investing, alpha generation, and how technology drives modern investment research.
  • Continuous growth: A $1,150 annual Personal Development Allowance to invest in your skills and career trajectory.
What We're Looking For

You have experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing, or commercially accountable role with a track record of hitting performance targets in a structured environment. You are an intellectually curious, highly organized, and strong verbal communicator who operates with urgency and is ready to step up and drive growth.
Salary and Benefits
  • Total first-year compensation is expected to be $100,000 to $140,000 (based on average-high performance). This is inclusive of a base salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 plus an uncapped performance commission.
  • Enjoy comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K matching, and more.
  • Appreciate good work-life balance with 15+ vacation days, flex days, and work from anywhere for one month per year.
  • Be part of our engaging culture with social events, professional development, and a dynamic, supportive team.
