Full Job Description
The Associate Account Executive provides support to the Private Equity Property & Casualty team's book of business including the marketing process for new and renewal business and backup for Account Manager responsibilities. In this role the Associate Account Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients and hold responsibility for the renewal process, new business preparation, and all aspects of ongoing service for clients and prospects - supported by the Client Adviser , along with Producers, assigned Account Manager, the Claims team and other team members including Senior Account Executives and placement specialists where appropriate. Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate team preparation for renewal and new business meetings • Lead client meetings, with support , when necessary, of product line specialists, advisors, and senior colleagues • Participate in prospect meetings, as required • Interpret and summarize claims data • Solicit relevant renewal data from clients and ensure data is returned within the agreed timeline and distributed to relevant supporting CAC colleagues, as applicable. • Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions and follow up for carrier quotes in response. • Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare relevant comparative analysis of all quotes received for presentation to clients, with support of senior colleagues where needed. • Perform data analysis to determine program structure options, with support of analytics colleagues. • Create and compile client presentation including analysis of quotes and other internal marketing materials, assimilating inputs from contribution senior colleagues into a unified presentation, as appropriate. • Submit sold business to insurance market and oversee implementation process • Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision • Establish and maintain a good business relationship with clients, insurance carriers and colleagues • Oversee engagement of claims, analytics and risk engineering resources to fulfill client needs • Generate and maintain a schedules of insurance, billing schedule, and other post-bind client deliverables, as required by the client. • Ensure CAC client portals are maintained in an up-to-date status • Monitor premium payment status and ensure timeline administration of client invoicing and carrier payment, with support of assigned Account Manager. • Review and process program audits and endorsements through the policy life cycle. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree • State specific license is required • 2-7 years of property and casualty work experience required • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong multitasking & time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service Salary: $100k-$120k salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits.
