Associate Product Manager, HCP Engagement

Position Summary: The Associate Product Manager, Meetings & Events supports the planning, development, and execution of strategic healthcare professional (HCP), customer, and internal meetings. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and external vendors to deliver high-quality events that support business objectives, customer engagement, product education, and brand awareness.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Support the planning and execution of regional, national, and international meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and educational programs.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor management activities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and clinical teams to ensure meeting content aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the development of meeting materials, agendas, speaker resources, attendee communications, and event branding.
  • Manage project plans and track key deliverables to ensure successful event execution.
  • Support budget planning, expense reconciliation, and vendor contract administration.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure events meet company policies and industry guidelines.
  • Gather attendee feedback and post-event metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help drive innovation in customer engagement and meeting experiences.
  • Support launch meetings, field meetings, congress activities, physician education programs, and leadership events.

This is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA.

What You'll Need (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, 3 years experience of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or
    Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 1 Year experience of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
  • Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing small-to-mid scale project plans

For California, the base pay range for this position is $87,000 to $123,000 (highly experienced).
