About the role:The Assistant Yacht Director is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the oversight of Marina, Water Sports, and Kids For All Seasons programs. This position ensures safe and efficient Marina operations, develops engaging children's programs, and provides essential support to the Yacht Entertainment Director, all while maintaining the highest Four Seasons standards.
What you bringRequired:- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in luxury hospitality or cruise line entertainment management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing entertainment teams with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Exceptional hosting and interpersonal skills, coupled with a confident and charismatic stage presence, capable of engaging upscale and demanding clientele.
- Strong understanding of entertainment and enrichment programs, including technical requirements, with the ability to create and execute engaging onboard activities.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, ship personnel, and shore-side teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances, including schedule adjustments and operational needs.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional fluency in Spanish, German, or French highly valued.
