Full Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative, driven and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Superintendent As an APM for PRECISION GCC, you will work with best-in -class Project Executives and Project Managers to deliver exceptional results on Multifamily New Construction Builds.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists with developing detailed project timelines and schedules using project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Tracks critical milestones and deadlines and assists in updating schedules based on project development.
  • Manages the flow of technical documents (blueprints, plans, project specifications) and correspondence.
  • Ensures all stakeholders have the latest versions of documents and maintains an organized archive of all project documentation for reference and compliance.
  • Create and maintain site SWPPP book and coordinate compliance for state and local SWPPP permits/NOI's for the project.
  • Assists in supervising construction activities, ensuring they comply with project specifications and quality standards. (i.e. assisting with Subcontractor Building Punch List and tracking. And assisting the project team with closeout of the project.)

  • Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed on site.
  • Checks inventories and manages logistics to prevent delays in the construction schedule due to material shortages.
  • Conducts or assists with regular quality inspections of construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reports any issues or deviations to senior project team.
  • Acts as a point of contact for communication between the construction site, project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Attends project meetings, prepares meeting minutes, and ensures action items are followed up. Assist Superintendents with progress reports.
  • Helps monitor project expenditures and compares actual costs with forecasts.
  • Assists in preparing financial reports and cost projections to help keep the project within budget.
  • Helps resolve technical or logistical problems encountered on-site by collaborating with the project team to find practical and timely solutions.
  • Monitors construction practices to ensure they are safe and meet all applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • Participates in safety training and meetings and helps implement safety protocols on the construction site.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' construction experience required, with past projects greater than $2 million each.
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in construction management preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of sequencing and critical path in construction projects.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Driven and efficient -- ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail focused., professional demeanor with a flexible mindset
  • Strong task management and task prioritization skills.
  • Organized, methodical. Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when needed.
  • Possesses hand eye and limbs coordination.
  • Able to stand, bend, reach and stoop and lift boxes up to 60 pounds
  • Able to work in a pace environment for extended period
  • Able to sit at a desk, working on a computer and phones for a full workday.
  • Able to work overtime as needed

  • Must be able to legally work in U.S. Pay DOE.
