Full Job Description

If you’re the kind of person who never says no to a soiree, you’re speaking our language. We’re currently seeking an exuberant Assistant Restaurant Sales Manager to join the team . Our goals are set on a luxury events pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our guests . From developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieving set revenue goals, to supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for meetings, parties and other gatherings at the hotel. You're a natural at what you do - and you love it. If this sounds like you, you should probably sell us on why.

About you...

  • Passionate about hospitality and food & beverage with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • An expert in Catering & Events, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

$75k plus commissions
