Assistant Production Manager located in
Fontana, CA. Reporting to the
Sr. Production Manager, the
Assistant Production Manager is responsible for overseeing front-line employees in an assigned department to ensure efficiency and quality in production operations.
What a typical day looks like:- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- May handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
- Develops and implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency of the department.
The experience we're looking to add to our team, - Open associates degree (Management, Engineering, Business).
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity (50 - 100 employees)
- Experience in industrial electrical industry (critical infrastructure).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)
$75,300.00 USD - $103,600.00 USD Annual
