Position Available at:
  • Mansueto High School - Assistant Principal of Student Support

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive results for all school student support functional teams: Discipline/Culture, Dean of Students, and possibly Specialized Services and College
  • Responsible to maintain critical collaboration between all student support teams, ensuring an aligned approach for the non-cognitive & social-emotional development of our students
  • Responsible for all student support programming through MTSS and corresponding promotion results
  • Oversee our college counseling program, to include senior college seminar, Summer of a Lifetime, early college exposure and alignment with school-wide advisory structures
  • Oversee testing coordination, school-wide data support and student scheduling
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of school events and services
  • Execute Noble's student code of conduct with fidelity in order to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are held to high expectations and empowered to grow academically

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Active Illinois Teaching License preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this position falls between $100,000 and $125,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role.
