Pay Range: $78,170.00 - $104,216.66
What You'll Be Doing- Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Salado, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Achieve a production volume of 1.4 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements- Bachelor's degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
- Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.
