Job DescriptionWorks under the direction of the manager to facilitate daily operations, including patient flow, staffing assignments, safe patient care, and to promote a healthy work environment at Children's.
Experience- Minimum 2 years' healthcare experience required
Preferred Qualifications- 1 year of Clinical Nurse 3-5 level or management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certification Summary- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment or upon start of clinical shift if working in the Emergency Department (ED)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of employment as required by department specifications
- Professional Nursing certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire
